NURTURAE — SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed through Nurturae are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected items, destination, and courier availability. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated if available.
Nurturae is not responsible for additional delivery fees including customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Nurturae is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your order, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties. These fees vary by country and are beyond Nurturae’s control. The customer is responsible for any applicable import taxes and fees.
Please allow extra time for customs processing when ordering internationally.
PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
Items marked as pre-order will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and may be subject to change. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and assist with a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
